“We want to recreate everything we had back home, here in Armenia,” says Heghush Tarkhanyan.
In 2020, she left her home in Mariamadzor village, Hadrut Province. Now, she lives in Norabats village in Ararat Province, where she infuses the flavors and aromas of Nagorno-Karabakh into the food she cooks and sells.
