People of Hermon from Artsakh

During our visits to the 15 villages in Vayots Dzor, we came across numerous houses that had stayed locked for an extended period, looking intact externally but empty inside. Although these houses were accounted for during the displacement of Artsakh people, the majority are unsuitable for habitation or resettlement.

Currently, about 2,000 Artsakh residents are actively looking for new places of residence within Vayots Dzor.
